Andre to Republicans: Signed, Sealed and Delivered. I'm Yours

Andre Wallace says he represents the people—but his record tells another story.
In 2019, Andre Wallace ran for Mayor of Mount Vernon as the Republican nominee—during the Trump administration—but never publicly acknowledged it. Now, in 2025, he’s once again seeking to win the Democratic Primary, while still benefiting from quiet support from Republican leaders.
This isn’t speculation—it’s documented.
In 2019, Andre accepted a Certificate of Authorization from the Mount Vernon Republican Party, signed by GOP Chairman Thomas Keller, with his own signature of acceptance.
And while he claims to support Democratic values, Andre has surrounded himself with allies who actively oppose the official Democratic slate.
Nick Abuses Black Churches
In 2022, former Mount Vernon Police Commissioner Glenn Scott confirmed on video that, as PBA President, Nick Mastrogiorgio abused his influence by directing police officers to target Black churches on Sundays—instructing them to issue parking tickets to Black congregants while they were inside praying.
He did not target synagogues. He did not target Catholic churches. Only Black churches—believing it would turn their members against Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard.

And now, Nick shows up at those same churches—asking for votes.
How can a community that was targeted in worship condone this?
How can we trust someone who punished our faith, then profits from our forgiveness?
VIDEO UNSUITABLE FOR MINORS
Nick Watches a Handcuffed Black Man Get Beat. Does Nothing.
Nick Mastrogiorgio is campaigning as the voice of accountability—but his record tells a very different story.
On March 26, 2019, while serving as a ranking officer in the Mount Vernon Police Department, Nick stood by and did nothing as a fellow sergeant tased a Black man seven times in two minutes.
The man was already handcuffed, already secured in a restraint bag, and visibly experiencing a mental health crisis—yet the officers brutalized him anyway. And Nick watched it happen.
He didn’t intervene. He didn’t demand it stop. He didn’t protect that man’s rights or his dignity.
There is a video of the incident, now held by the U.S. Department of Justice, and Nick appears in it—silent and complicit.
Now, that same man is asking for your vote under the banner of “accountability.” But real accountability isn’t about slogans. It’s about what you do when no one’s watching—or, in this case, when everyone should be.
Nick Mastrogiorgio is not about accountability and
does not care about the community.
He is the same as a candidate as he was as a cop and
can’t be trusted to protect the citizens if elected to the City Council.
